1. Scope
This Returns & Refunds policy applies to paid digital training offerings sold directly by Stream Core Hub through streamcorehub.one. Enterprise agreements may specify different terms in writing.

2. Eligibility Window
Consumers based in Brazil may withdraw from digital purchases within 14 calendar days of payment, provided training access has not been substantially consumed, in line with CDC protections for distance contracts.
3. Full Refunds
If you request cancellation within the eligibility window and have not downloaded proprietary capstone assets or attended live intensives beyond orientation, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
If you accessed more than 40% of recorded materials or attended multiple mentor reviews, we may offer a partial refund reflecting consumed value. Cohort intensives may carry a shorter deferral window detailed at purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party examination vouchers, donated scholarship seats, or customized mentor engagements begun under a signed statement are non-refundable once services start.
6. Process
Email hello@streamcorehub.one with your full name, purchase reference, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within three business days and respond with a decision within ten business days unless additional verification is needed.
7. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days; banking networks may add additional settlement days. Chargebacks should be a last resort after contacting us, so we can resolve issues cooperatively.
