If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and do not register for paid offerings. These terms apply to visitors, learners, and organizational contacts interacting with our digital training services.
Stream Core Hub provides cohort-based and self-paced digital training with mentor support focused on Python automation for operational teams. Deliverables may include downloadable resources, live sessions, recorded reviews, and email correspondence. Unless a separate written agreement exists, all services are educational and do not constitute custom software development or managed operations work.
You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep contact information current. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. We may send operational messages about schedules, access, or policy updates even if you opt out of marketing communications.
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape mentor materials for resale, upload malware, or misuse community spaces. Training exercises must use data you are authorized to handle. Violations may lead to suspension without refund where permitted by the Returns & Refunds policy.
Course materials, branding, and site content remain the property of Stream Core Hub or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or internal learning during active access periods. Redistribution, republication, or incorporation into commercial training products is prohibited without written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted under Brazilian law, Stream Core Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or inability to access training. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Parties agree to the courts located in Rio Grande do Norte, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may grant you rights in your place of residence. We encourage good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
We may suspend access for breach of these terms. We may update the site and policies periodically; material changes will be posted with a revised last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
